Absolutely. We schedule early mornings, evenings, and weekends so cleaning never disrupts your tenants, customers, or operations.
We bring all supplies and equipment as standard. If you prefer we use your branded products or supplies (common in medical and food-service spaces), we'll accommodate that too.

Exterior Maintenance

Yes — we adjust services for winter, including snow-related debris cleanup and pressure washing on milder days. We do not currently offer snow plowing.

Scheduling & Pricing
Yes — recurring service is the most common arrangement for our commercial clients. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules are available, with no long-term lock-in.
For most one-time or recurring requests, we can begin within 5–7 business days of a signed quote. Urgent or emergency requests can often be accommodated within 24–48 hours.
Never. Our quotes are itemized and transparent. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — additional work is only billed if you approve it first in writing.
No. We work month-to-month on recurring accounts because we believe clients should stay because they want to, not because they're locked in.
